We understand the sensitive nature of the work we do. Whether it’s a legal case, academic interview, or unreleased media content, confidentiality is at the heart of every project.

All content received by Scribe Transcription is treated as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, client recordings, transcripts, names, and supporting materials.

- All transcriptionists and collaborators are bound by signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- No content is shared externally, referenced, or stored beyond the agreed retention window.
- Upon request, clients may receive a signed NDA and confirmation of our confidentiality protocols.
- No AI tools or automated systems are used for transcription—ensuring full control over all handling and processing.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable. We’re here to be trusted, not just used.
