Client File Retention & Deletion Policy
You’re in control of your data. We retain your files only as long as needed to complete the project or as required by law.
Scribe Transcription retains client audio files and completed transcripts for a maximum of 30 days following final delivery, unless a different agreement is made in writing.
- Files are stored securely and encrypted during the retention period.
- After 30 days, all content is permanently deleted from our systems.
- Clients may request immediate deletion of files at any time.
- We do not use or store files for training, testing, or any internal use.
We believe in data minimisation and respect your right to complete digital control.
